Release of Results
June 2026 Penology Officer Exam (POE) results are
expected to be released by the Civil Service Commission on July 16,
2026.
The official list of passers shall be posted on CSC’s official website. You
can also access the results through this website once available. CSC
encourages examinees to directly coordinate with their respective CSC
Regional Offices for other concerns like verification of examinee number and
further examination result-related matters.
Verification of Rating (OCSERGS)
Examinees (both passed and failed) can generate their individual examination
rating through the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System
(OCSERGS), which can be accessed through the CSC Website by July 21, 2024,
or as indicated in the corresponding issuance/advisory.
Those who pass the test should check with the CSC Regional Office to see if
Certification of Eligibility is available (CoE). The CoE cannot be claimed
by representatives. Certification claims will be accessible approximately
thirty (30) days after the results are posted.

Passing Grade
Applicants who managed to obtain a general rating of at least 80.00% will pass the exam. He or she will be given the Penology Officer Eligibility equivalent to the Civil Service Commission Second-Level Eligibility. The Penology Officer Eligibility is one of the primary requirements to join the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology as a Jail Officer 1.
