A few weeks prior to the February 2026 Nurses Licensure Examination (MLE), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) publishes the list of room assignments. 

The February 2026 Room Assignments Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) will be Theld on February 26 and 27, 2026 at PRC testing centers located at NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Ilocos Sur, Dumaguete (Negros Oriental), Laguna, Lipa (Batangas), Tagbilaran (Bohol), and Urdaneta (Pangasinan).

NOTE: Report to the school/building assignment before 5:30 A.M. on the first day of the examination to verify your room and seat number. Be punctual. Late examinees will not be admitted

What to wear on the day of exams?

  • Male Examinees - Clinical Uniform with white shoes and white socks but without nameplate, school insignia/logo and pin; or School Uniform.
  • Female Examinees - Clinical Uniform with white shoes and white stockings but without nameplate, school insignia/logo and pin; or School Uniform.
  • Pregnant Female - White Clinical Scrub Suit

What to bring on the day of exams?

Here are the things to bring during the examination proper:

  • Notice of Admission
  • Two (2) or more pencils (No. 2)
  • Ball pens with BLACK ink only
  • One (1) piece long brown envelope
  • One (1) piece long transparent/plastic envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
  • Packed snacks, meals, and necessary medications, including hygiene and sanitary kits, in TRASPARENT/CLEAR containers/cellophanes, with sufficient drinking water supply for the day. The proctors/room watchers shall not allow any person, including food delivery service, to give or distribute food to any examinees while the examination is in progress. Except for restroom necessities, no examinee shall be allowed to leave the examination room during the conduct of the examination

Prohibited Items Inside the Exam Rooms:

  • Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded information or formulas
  • Calculators of any kind
  • Apple, Samsung, and other smartwatches, cellular phones, ear plugs, transmitters, portable computers, Bluetooth, and other electronic devices that may be used for communication purposes
  • Bags of any kind  (ladies bag, shoulder bags, attaché case, backpacks, etc.)
  • Other examination aides not stated in this program.
