The results of November 2025 Nurses Licensure Exam (NLE) List of Passers, including the official list of passers, top 10 passers and top performing schools, will be made available online on or after November 26, 2025 or within fifteen (15) working days after the examination.
Scheduled for November 4-5, 2025, the NLE took place across various PRC testing centers situated in key locations including located at NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur. The members of the Board of Nursing is led by its Chairman, Elsie A. Tee, along with its members, Hon. Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Hon. Elizabeth C. Lagrito (inhibited), Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Marylou B. Ong, Hon. Merle L. Salvani and Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz.

Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes only
- Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
- Two (2) passport-sized ID photos on a white background, each with a complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
- PRC emphasizes that successful examinees must complete their registration in person and sign the Roster of Registered Professionals.
Verification of Rating
- All exam takers can check their passing rate on the official PRC website using the Verification Page.
- To initiate the verification process, passing candidates must provide the exam name, examination date, application number, first name, last name, and birthdate.
Oath-Taking
- All passers interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking shall register no later than 12:00 PM of the day before the date of oath-taking. Register at http://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
- Those who cannot attend the mass oath-taking may opt to attend the virtual oath-taking or request a special oath-taking. The schedule will be posted on the official website once confirmed.
- You may schedule an online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph and select “e-OATH” as the transaction. The online registration will close five (5) calendar days before the online oathtaking day. Inductees must print the “OATH OF PROFESSIONAL” form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC Online Services.
- After the oath-taking, the inductees shall proceed with the Initial Registration by securing the online appointment at http://online.prc.gov.ph.

- Nursing Practice II Part 1 – Care of Mother, Adolescent (Well Clients), At Risk or With Problems (Acute & Chronic) and Part 2 – Human Growth and Development;
- Nursing Practice III – Care of Clients with Problems in Surgery, Oxygenation, Fluid and Electrolytes, Infectious, Inflammatory and Immunologic Response, Cellular Aberrations (Acute and Chronic);
- Nursing Practice IV – Care of Client with Problems in Nutrition, and Gastro-Intestinal, Metabolism and Endocrine. Perception and Coordination (Acute and Chronic); and
- Nursing Practice V – Care of Clients with Maladaptive Patterns of Behavior (Acute and Chronic); Care of Clients with Life-Threatening Condition, Acutely Ill/Multi-Organ Problems, High Acuity and Emergency Situation.
